COMPETITION CATEGORIES
Levels of Competition Featured @ UFE Chicago
Novice Level
For first time competitors with no previous competition experience in any organization. This is a great place to start for competitors of any age who are looking to get started on their competition journey.
Open Level
For competitors of all experience levels, including first timers. Within the Open level, there are age divisions and height/weight divisions as applicable for all categories. The top 3 competitors qualify for UFE's Elite level and a chance to compete at the UFE World Championships in Toronto. Overall winners who earn 85% of the maximum score for their respective category will become eligible for UFE PRO status and the GOLD UFE PRO card that comes with it!

UFE Gives You the Knowledge to Succeed!
We’re here to give you all of the information and resources you need to succeed on stage with comprehensive information workshops. And unlike other organizations, all of our workshops are completely free. In-person workshops are offered in many different cities, while online workshops are offered for those who can’t make it in person. These workshops will cover everything you need to know in order to be ready for your show and they’re a great place to meet other competitors and make friendships even before the show.

Overall winners in each category who achieve 85% of the maximum category score will become eligible for UFE PRO status – the most prestigious distinction in drug tested bodybuilding! UFE PRO’s are presented the most extravagant pro card in the industry – gold metal pro cards. These cards are presented on the red carpet at UFE’s exclusive media event at the UFE World Championships in Toronto in front of hundreds of fellow competitors and media.
